REVIEW: ZENY BUX “I NEED TIME”

Zeny Bux, an independent artist from Oldham, has recently released a new single titled “I Need Time”. The song bears a striking resemblance to the music of The La’s and The Stone Roses, as if they collaborated to create this refreshing piece of music. The lyrics are inspired by a variety of musicians, including Lee Mavers, John Power, and even the Gallagher brothers. They convey the message that time is precious and that making the right decisions is crucial for one’s future.

I find the artist relatable and energetic, and I can tell that he has put effort into developing his sound. I really like the added guitar solo that drives the song through. Any listener would definitely enjoy singing along with the hook “I Need Time”.

Zeny is heading in the right direction and in my opinion, the song is a progression from his single ‘Better Dreams’. I think this latest single is an excellent listen that’s pleasing to the ears. It is concise and delightful, leaving listeners wanting more. A catchy chorus has been added to the new single, which boasts a fuller sound and richer vocals. Zeny has stepped up his game, and I believe that this single surpasses all his previous works. It presents a fresh and innovative sound that stands out on its own but still maintains elements of older indie. The structure Zeny uses is an intro verse, pre-chorus, chorus and outro, using these as the building blocks for this masterpiece.
