BACKSTAGE AT TRNSMT WITH BABY QUEEN | INTERVIEW
Third and final day of this summer’s TRNSMT Festival on Glasgow Green and we have the privilege of joining indie pop star Baby Queen ahead of her afternoon main stage appearance.
Having been launched into the mainstream via her association with the Heartstopper franchise. Her 2022 single ‘Colours of You‘ accompanied promo for the upcoming Netflix series, appearing with cast members on tiktok. In season 2 of the series, Baby Queen makes an appearance as the official Prom singer.
Baby Queen’s 2023 debut album ‘Quarter Life Crisis‘ was met with high critical acclaim and went on to reach No.5 in the Official UK Album Charts. We were very excited to chat with the young South African star (aka Bella) ahead of their biggest TRNSMT appearance yet…
