THE CROOKS, THE ROSADOCS AND PG CIARLETTA SET FOR FREE HOMECOMINGS
‘By The People, For The People: The Tour’ seeks to break down financial barriers and make live music accessible for everyone. Marshall Artist, the renowned menswear brand, has partnered with new music champions This Feeling to launch this groundbreaking initiative.
More unique shows will be announced soon. Follow @Marshallartist_ and @thisfeelinghq to get your hands on free tickets to one of these shows.
The Crooks – Chesterfield, The Tramway Tavern – September 14th
The Crooks play an exclusive intimate and free homecoming show for Marshall Artist, supported by local brewers Brampton brewery, who will be providing a unique Crooks ‘Reverie’ beer to celebrate the event.
“The Crooks are the real deal. They allow you to pour your dreams, heartache, and regrets into their chest out of a sense of working-class glory.” – Travellers Tunes
The Crooks are making a fiery resurgence in 2024 following their surprise reunion. Their recent singles ‘In The Meantime’, ‘Wide Awake’ and ‘What You Know’ have exceeded the potential shown with their breakthrough EP ‘Now Then’. Big melodies, bigger hooks and charisma to spare? Those comparisons to DMA’S, Noel Gallagher and The Enemy make more sense than ever before.
PG Ciarletta – Glasgow, Camerons – October 17th
PG Ciarletta returns to his home city of Glasgow for a free performance to remember – keep an eye out on Marshall Artist’s channels and sign up for their newsletter to be first when these tickets become available.
“Ciarletta could become a household name like Capaldi, Spiteri, Nutini and Benedetti.” – Jim Gellatly, The Scottish Sun / Amazing Radio
PG Ciarletta is a Scottish singer-songwriter with Italian heritage with everything it takes to appeal to fans of Gerry Cinnamon and Dylan John Thomas. An amazing summer has seen him sell-out King Tuts and play to thousands of Scotland fans at the official UEFA Fanzone during Euro 2024. Catch him up-close and personal at Camerons while you can, as he is destined for far bigger venues.
The Rosadocs – Sheffield, Octagon – November 9th
Marshall Artist team up with The Rosadocs to offer a limited number of free tickets to this sold-out show in the band’s backyard – keep an eye out on Marshall Artist’s channels and sign up for their newsletter for updates when these tickets become available.
“I’m sure it won’t be long before even bigger stages and stadiums beckon them.” – The Yorkshire Post
The Rosadocs’ collision course of indie and alt-rock takes on an electrifying fervour in the live arena, as evidenced by gigs with The Lathums, The Reytons and The Sherlocks. Their essential moments like ‘No. 54’ and ‘Run Away Instead’ are particularly incendiary at their own shows, with this Octagon gig their biggest headline set to date – and an impressive step-up from last year’s sold-out night at Sheffield City Hall.
Each show will feature a special limited edition t-shirt to commemorate the show, all of which will be produced by Marshall Artist, and will be available on the night of the shows.
Stephen McGeachie at Marshall Artist says, “We believe the very people and communities that make gigs possible, memorable, and unforgettable are the audiences and at times are priced out of these opportunities. We are driven by the passion to give everyone the chance to experience a live show for free, to support their favourite bands in local grassroots venues, and to create lasting memories. It’s time to bring the magic of live music back to the people who live and breathe it.”
Mikey Jonns at This Feeling adds, “Free tickets to see the next wave of UK talents play hometown shows before they explode – what could be better? We’re excited to team up with Marshall Artist to provide more opportunities to people to enjoy the rush of live music and to welcome into the community that you only experience at gigs.”
This initiative is part of Marshall Artist’s ongoing commitment to giving back to the community and supporting youth culture. By making live music more accessible, they hope to bring people together in shared experiences that transcend economic barriers.
