PREVIEW | By Keira Knox

Hailed as one of the best in the upcoming music scene, This Feeling has once again outdone themselves with this years lineup for their iconic Rewired lineup. Set to take place in the music soul of the north, Manchester; Band On The Wall will welcome the very best of the upcoming scene from the likes of Lock-In, Dirty Blonde, Megan Wyn, The Crooks and many more.

Hosting up to 300 gigs a year, This Feeling fills up small venues all around the United Kingdom, showcasing new band stages at big festivals such as Truck, Y Not, The Great Escape, and Isle of Wight. From these small-town performances, acts like Red Rum Club and The K’s have made their way to major venues like M&S Bank Arena and The Roundhouse.

There is no better location for a This Feeling performance than Manchester, which is known for being one of the top locations for up-and-coming talent, supporting artists, and providing them with a stage on which to thrive. With songs like ‘Sun Kiss’ and ‘Against The World,’ Lock-In has swept the independent scene in recent months. Megan Wyn will also play a significant supporting role alongside the legendary Alanis Morrisette in Cardiff later this year.

Artists such as these demonstrate the impact of This Feeling; their encouragement enables several bands and artists to develop and build self-assurance. They are the world’s greatest at developing new talent, and they deserve far more recognition than they now receive.

Tickets are on sale this Friday!
