Tickets for this intimate show were brought to us by CLUB NME – which combines the efforts of NME Magazine and Ladbrokes Live – were free and sold out in minutes, giving fans the unique opportunity to see the Stockport stars on a much smaller stage than they’re used to.

The evening was warmed up with a DJ Set from Radio X’s Sunta Templeton and following Blossoms set, it was down to The Lottery Winners Thom Rylance to keep the party going until the early hours. Keep your eyes peeled for the full review of the night coming very soon.

‘Bringing undeniable attitude and style to the stage, Miles Kane graced his Manchester audience with a set so incredible, nobody would have expected it. BROOKE COMBE | MANCHESTER NEW CENTURY HALL 01/02 | HOLLY PIMLOTT

When Modern Sky’s surging indie soul artist Brooke Combe was forced to postponed her biggest tour yet, there was much disappointment from not just the eagerly anticipating fans but equally just as much from Brooke herself.

“I’ve tried everything in my power to keep my voice healthy enough to push through but unfortunately it’s just not there. Anybody who knows me knows I’d just keep pushing untill I literally had no voice left…”

Generating an even larger crowd than Brookes own homecoming Glasgow headline last year, over 1000 fans turned out to support the SAY Award shortlist nominee take over Manchester’s New Century Hall last week.
