Remy Bond (Courteney Pearson/Northern Exposure)

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

LIVE REVIEW | REMY BOND w/ Olivia Bond | ST LUKES, GLASGOW | 29th March 2026 by Courteney Pearson

On Sunday 29th March, Glasgow was blessed when Remy Bond brought a hazy, sun soaked charm to the city, delivering an incredible set to a packed St Luke’s. The performance felt like a perfect pop spectacle. Her vocals floated effortlessly through the venue; soft, airy, and unmistakably dreamy, pulling the crowd into her world from the outset.

The night found its footing early with support from younger sister, Olivia Bond, who warmed up the room with a crowd pleasing cover of Madonna’s “Like a Virgin.” It was an easy win, the perfect kind of moment that gets everyone singing before the main act steps to the stage. Sharing a similar aesthetic to Remy, Olivia’s set perfectly set the tone for the rest of the evening.

By the time Remy took to the stage, there was a clear sense of appreciation from the crowd, with screams filling the room. Popular songs like, “Summer Song” and “Moviestar”, had even the parental guardians in the crowd singing along.

With each track the audience responded instantly, their energy lifting the performance into something so euphoric. Remy knows exactly how to meet that excitement and lean into it.

Stylistically, the show sat somewhere between theatrical flair and unapologetic girly pop. Think Lana Del Rey, but dipped in hot pink, it’s nostalgic and romantic, with a playful edge. It’s a space that feels natural for her, and she wears it well.

Behind her, a tight backing band kept everything locked in. Sporting their matching Hawaiian shirts was a fun nod to the Tropicana tour aesthetic, silly but smart in a way that felt intentional.

For the encore, Remy returned to the stage with her sister, Olivia, for a few final songs that leaned fully into ABBA-esque territory. With a costume change into flares and bell sleeves, it was sweet and joyfully over the top. A nice ending that felt both intimate and powerful for the two sisters.

The fans showed up too in their wonderfully executed Tropicana tour outfits, flowers in hair, feather boas, pink, pink, PINK. The collective feeling of girlhood and femininity in the room was something so refreshing to see.

Remy Bond’s set was a confident, stylised pop showcase. Dreamy, theatrical, and just the right amount of fun.
