AN INDIE ICON FOR THE NEW GENERATION | BEABADOOBEE ANNOUNCES HEADLINE UK TOUR
Indie icon, Beabadoobee has revealed her 2024 UK headline tour schedule, which begins in November and includes nine gigs before ending with an incredible evening at London’s renowned, Alexandra Palace.
You are really missing out if you do not know who Beabadoobee is. With her perfect output of candid bedroom pop songs and her DIY aesthetic, she has amassed a wide and devoted following. In just a few days, her debut single, “Coffee,” received thousands upon thousands of streams. Her tracks have received millions of plays since then, elevating her to the status of an indie icon for the new generation of music fans.
The tour is in aid of Beabadoobee’s next studio album This Is How Tomorrow Moves, which will be released on Friday, August 16 through Dirty Hit and includes the songs “Take A Bite” and “Coming Home.” Produced by long term collaborator and bandmate Jacob Bugden, together with the great producer Rick Rubin, Beabadoobee replaces her bedroom with his infamous Shangri-La studio in Malibu to create a genuinely confident song that spans a wide range of rock and pop sounds.
Beabadoobee seems at ease taking charge of this new chapter in her life on This is How Tomorrow Moves.
“I love this album,” she says, simply, “I feel like it’s helped me so much more than anything else has in navigating this new era, this new understanding of where I’m at. I guess it’s about becoming a woman.”
Tickets are available via presale from 10am BST on Tuesday 18th June, and general sale begins at 10am on Friday 21st June via https://www.beabadoobee.com/tour/ .
Support for the tour comes from upcoming, LA indie rock group, Momma. Celebrating both Beabadoobee’s new album and past work, the tour is sure to be a fantastic occasion. These tickets will undoubtedly be snapped up immediately by her enthusiastic fan base!
