ANDREW CUSHIN READY FOR HIS BIGGEST HEADLINE SHOW TO DATE | INTERVIEW

SAM SHINER CHATS TO RISING INDIE STAR AHEAD OF BUSY SUMMER SCHEDULE

If you’re in anyway following the new UK indie scene, you’ll have been pushed to have not came across Geordie Andrew Cushin yet.

Signed to Peter Docherty’s Strap Originals label, Andrew released his debut Waiting For The Rain last year and played to sell out crowds across the country. However, his biggest gig yet came after Louis Tomlinson (ex One Direction) saw the Newcastle based musician on an episode of Soccer AM. Louis, known for his commitment to supporting the emerging Indie scene, scoop Andrew up and took in across the US and Europe as support on his arena tour.

Now, his own North American tour, Andrew is back in the UK and ready to take the Summer Festival Season by storm, including his biggesr headline show to date. On Saturday 13th July, Andrew will perform top of the bill at the Mouth of Tyne Festival, right at home in Newcastle.

Before that though, he takes some time to chat to our lovely Sam Shiner over zoom which you can watch or listen to right now!
