Irish indie band, Basht. took on a sold out show at King Tuts last Wednesday as a part of their Spring UK 2026 Tour performing their latest EP Dirty White Lies for an eager crowd.
Crowds appeared early to the door of the famed venue with fans determined to get an unimpeded view for such an iconic show. Most fans not only present for Basht. but simultaneously ecstatic for Esmerelda Road, opening up the shows throughout the tour. Esmerelda Road kept energies high, really setting a standard for opening acts across the board, with the lead singer, Charlie Magills, incredible stage presence and delivering an outstanding performance.
9pm arrived and Basht.rocked up to the stage, the crowd erupting in anticipatory cheers. With a smaller released discography, fans were treated to all the favourites, namely Stockholm, Gone Girl and Dirty White. The crowd refusing to let the packed venue stop them from expelling all their energy, piling in to mosh-pits throughout each song in the set. Crowd surfers swept over the crowd nearing the end of the set, leading to the band finishing off the show on a high playing Wild Horses.
You can catch Basht. on the remaining dates of their current tour or at one of their announced festival appearances, Leeds Festival and Boardmasters.
