BILK KICKS OFF 2025 WITH NEW SINGLE ‘GO’ AND UPCOMING ALBUM

Bilk starts 2025 with their new single ‘Go’, leading up to their second album ‘Essex, Drugs and Rock and Roll’ releasing on January 24th. The band will embark on a headline tour, including their biggest London show at the Electric Ballroom, and spanning from Glasgow to Milan.

‘Go’ is a three-minute blast of intensity, with Sol Abrahams delivering a vehement manifesto of his 2025 experiences. The track blends rhythmic hip-hop bounce with rap-punk bars, targeting haters, industry fakes, and the mundanity of a 9-5 life. Sol describes ‘Go’ as a rock and roll banger with hip-hop influences.

With ‘Essex, Drugs and Rock and Roll’ just days away, ‘Go’ amplifies expectations for the album, showcasing Bilk’s diverse sound. The album captures social stories from Essex and themes of living in the moment.

Recorded at Edge Studios and Silkmill Studios with producer Andy Gannon, the album is available for pre-order, including an exclusive signed red vinyl.

Bilk, known for their chaotic shows, have built a reputation with festival sets at Reading, Leeds, SXSW, and more. Their London shows have grown from 320-capacity Omeara to 1500-capacity Electric Ballroom.

Next month, Bilk begins their UK and European headline tour, with sold-out shows and more to follow. Remaining tickets are available. Three lads in one van playing 27 shows over six weeks – what could possibly go wrong?
