CHRIS ISAAK PLAYS A WICKED GAME ON EXCLUSIVE UK TOUR DATE | IN PICTURES

CHRIS ISAAK | BOURNEMOUTH PAVILION THEATRE 12/09 by Kevin O’Sullivan

Performing a limited three date tour in England this week was legendary California crooner Chris Isaak.

Best known for tracks such as ‘Wicked Game‘, ‘Baby Did A Bad Bad Thing‘ and ‘Somebody’s Crying‘, Chris has spent the best part of the last 40 years releasing music. Since his debut album, ‘Silvertone‘ in 1985, Chris has released another 12 records and is still earning accolades both sides of the Atlantic.

Starting off in London on Saturday 11th August, we managed to catch the iconic artist on night 2 at Bournemouth’s Pavilion Theatre on Monday 12th August.

Opening the show was London based Isabella Coulstock who, despite the British label, is making waves across the budding Americana music scene.

Chris Isaak‘s longevity on the music scene is something to be admired. Of course, he wrote and released one of the sexiest songs in the world (Wicked Game) but you don’t achieve 4 decades worth of success on a mere ‘one hit wonder.’ Chris’ sustainability as an artist must hit deeper.

Chris Isaak has ended his UK tour leg in Birmingham this week but can be seen in limited dates across Europe and North America later this year. Full info HERE
