girl in red TO RETURN TO UK WITH A SELL OUT TOUR

Much to the delight of her UK and Irish fan base, girl in red has announced that she will be returning to Ireland and UK later this year with her ‘DOING IT AGAIN’ tour. The Norwegian alt-pop superstar will hit some of the UK’s most iconic venues including two Glasgow’s Barrowland Ballroom, Manchester’s O2 Apollo, and London’s OVO Arena Wembley.

The news comes in support of her sophomore album ‘I’M DOING IT AGAIN BABY!’ which was released on 12th April via Columbia Records and gained the Dutch singer their second UK top 40 album.

Having initially sold out one night at Glasgow’s iconic Barrowland Ballroom, girl in red announced a second night in the city, which has since also sold out. girl in red is the professional alias for Marie Ulven Ringheim who aged just 25, has been releasing music for years under this and previous identities. Her debut EP Chapter 1 was released back in 2018 and her debut album If I Could Make It Go Quiet went straight into the official UK Album Chart top 10, peaking at No.7 on release week. Joining the tour will be the emerging talent of Nieve Ella, who’s indie pop tunes are gaining huge momentum across the new music scene.
