Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a WordPress Savvy Uploader and Editor. This voluntary position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience, build your portfolio, and work with a passionate team. The ideal candidate will have strong editing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
As a Magazine Editor, you will work closely with the management team and be responsible for helping to plan, coordinate and edit content for publication. You will also work closely with writers, photographers, and designers to produce high-quality content that engages our readership. Time commitment is needed, we know we all as volunteers have a variety of lifestyles, existing commitments, experience, and ambitions, so please assess that this is a feasible commitment for you.
Responsibilities:
- Upload and edit content on our WordPress site.
- Ensure all content is formatted correctly and meets our editorial standards.
- Collaborate with writers, photographers, and other team members to publish engaging content.
- Assist in managing and updating the website as needed.

We are looking for two dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as content creators across our social media channels, which a focus on building engagement across ‘X’ (Twitter) and TikTok platforms. This voluntary position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and work with a passionate team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with editors to coordinate content on ‘X’ and TikTok.
- Interact with followers to build and engage our community.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase our following.
- Share articles from the site as they are published in a creative direction suited to the different platforms.
- Collaborate with writers, photographers, and other team members to share engaging content.
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to optimise performance.
