As the country’s hotbed for musical talent – Manchester has been known to play host to a wide variety of both large and emerging talent throughout the years, with its prestigious NBHD festival being the perfect showcase for this.

After first starting in 2016, NBHD Festival is back for 2024 – with iconic headliners Pale Waves accompanied by a wave of inspiring local names such as Antony Szmierek, Seb Lowe, Corella, The Mysterines and Red Rum Club. It has to be said that NBHD Festival holds such an importance within the Manchester music scene, due to its brilliant ability to support the grassroot venues across the city whilst simultaneously carrying the torch for all the brand new musical talent Manchester has to offer.

With the beauty of 1 wristband allowing you to see over 100 acts across 1 day in the city – festival-goers are spoilt for choice when it comes to picking between all of the incredible acts across the many stages. Some of our top picks from the 1st wave lineup include: Manchester’s Antony Szmierek, Liverpool’s The Mysterines and Red Rum Club, Feet, Andy Goodwin, Alex Spencer, Balancing Act, Maxwell Varey, Dirty Blonde and Rolla.
