Site map

Debuting this year, the BBC Radio 1 Dance Stage, which has taken over from the Boogie Bar, is located near the main entrance, hosting 18 acts to get festival-goers boogieing.
The Hangout returns, a space exclusively for over 18s to take a break from the buzz of the main stages, with some of the weekend’s biggest parties taking place – Drag-aoke with Miss Lola Fierce and Bongo’s Bingo are confirmed, and there will also be plenty of live music from buskers, DJ sets and more.
VIP tickets provide access to the VIP Garden, which hosts exclusive bars, food outlets, seating, DJs and upgraded toilets. VIP+ tickets are still available which also includes Main Stage front pen access – so you won’t miss out on the action.
The food map is also available on the TRNSMT 2025 app, with pins showing exactly where fans can find their pick of 58 vendors.

ID
People under the age of 16 are not permitted into TRNSMT. The festival has a dedicated team of stewards who will be at every entrance working to a Challenge 25 policy. So, if you look under 25, you must bring valid ID with you.
If you’re planning on bringing your Young Scot Card, make sure the PASS hologram hasn’t faded, as it will not be accepted. And, as always, no photos or photocopies of any ID will be permitted.
Travel
TRNSMT is urging people to use public transport to get to and from Glasgow Green. With plenty of travel options, it’s strongly advised that trains and buses are used to get to Glasgow city centre and then it’s just a short walk to Glasgow Green.
Festival parking is not available, but TRNSMT has identified four locations nearby as drop off and pick up areas. A limited number of blue badge parking spaces are available but must be pre-arranged.
For more information on the best ways to get to the festival, visit the TRNSMT website.
Restricted items
The website has a full section on what you can and cannot bring into the event. Bags and rucksacks are allowed for essential items, but should be smaller than an A4 piece of paper.
Avoid Festival FOMO
TRNSMT organisers have shared advice to ensure festivalgoers have a weekend to remember with their Avoid Festival FOMO campaign, encouraging fans to be safe. To avoid missing the headliner, getting turned away at the gates, or only hearing your favourite artist from the medical tent, some top tips for veterans and first-time festivalgoers include:
- Don’t preload. Or you might not make it past the gates
- Keep each other safe. Good mates check in, not out.
- Fake ID = No entry. Don’t risk it.
- Leave the mixing to the DJs. There is no safe level of drug use.
- There is no shame in a water break. Drink water regularly throughout the day.
There are a range of ticket packages, including VIP experiences and fans can find out more about these at www.trnsmtfest.com. Day tickets start from £89.50 (plus GCC Environmental Levy) and weekend tickets start from £254.90 (plus GCC Environmental Levy).
