SAM FENDER ANNOUNCES NEW SHOWS DUE TO PHENOMENAL DEMAND
Sam Fender has announce the addition of three extra dates to his forthcoming UK/Ireland arena tour due to overwhelming demand.
Sam will now play two nights each in Manchester, London, and Glasgow
The now 10 date run commences in Dublin on 2nd December at the 3Arena, concluding on 20th December at the Utilita Arena back in Newcastle. The tour also calls at Leeds and Birmingham. A full list of live dates, including a European run in March is listed below.
Sam’s return to London at the O2 Arena will signal his first performance in the capital since headlining Finsbury Park back in the Summer of 2022. Since those dates, Sam has headlined stadiums, Reading & Leeds Festival in 2023, and Boardmasters earlier this Summer.
Next March, Sam headlines European shows in Paris, Tilburg, Zurich, Cologne, Munich, Bergamo, Berlin, and wrapping up at the Forest National arena in Brussels.
Tickets for all shows go on general sale from 25th October at 10am via www.samfender.com. Due to the expected high demand, tickets for the Newcastle Utilita show on Friday December 20th were made available by ballot to customers with North-East postcodes only. The ballot is now closed and all winners of the ballot will receive an email with details of ticket purchase by end of the day today (Thursday 24th October).
£1 from every ticket sold for the UK dates will be donated to the Music Venue Trust in support of grassroots venues.
The UK/Ireland tour will feature Wunderhorse in support, whilst Sam’s European shows will welcome CMAT.
Sam has been in the studio working on the follow up to 2021’s critically acclaimed number 1, and BRIT Award winning second album, Seventeen Going Under. Fans can pre-order the soon-to-be-announced 3rd studio album from https://samfender.lnk.to/PWStore.
