THE WARNING (Ollie Hayman/Northern Exposure)

By Ollie Hayman

The Warning hit Cardiff’s Y Plas on Friday night, for their first time ever. The trio of Mexican sisters blew the roof off with hits such as S!CK, MORE and Hell You Call A Dream. After supporting Muse in their EU and UK dates on their worldwide tour, The Warning embarked on their sell out debut UK and EU tour, with their penultimate date being here in Cardiff.

Preparing for the release of their much anticipated new album, the Mexican sibling trio from Monterrey will release Keep Me Fed via LAVA/Republic Records on June 28th. On naming the album drummer/vocalist Pau explains, “throughout the whole process, the work was consuming us. By impacting everything we did, the album kept us fed both creatively and personally. We’re inviting other people to participate and consume it too.”

The Warning will be back soon for more TBA live dates and will be making appearances at Maid Of Stone Festival (20th July) and Steelhouse Festival (27th July). Keep your eyes peeled because these three are going places!!
