SON ESTRELLA GALACIA’S SOUNDHOOD EAST LONDON RETURNS FOR 2026

SON Estrella Galicia multi-venue festival Soundhood East London returns this month, taking place between 25th–26th September. Delivering an expanded two-day programme of live music, DJ sets, and curated beer experiences across independent spaces in Hackney and Dalston, the event will be headlined by Honeyglaze, The Orchestra (For Now), and thistle. Also joining the bill are rising Spanish acts Error 97 and Toldos Verdes, Brighton’s Goodbye, and an exclusive showcase from Jo From School.

Now in its fourth year in the UK, the initiative uses music and craft brewing to directly support independent venues facing sharp economic challenges. Amid recent Music Venue Trust reports revealing that more than half of UK grassroots venues operated with zero profit in 2025, Soundhood transforms neighbourhood staples into cultural hub – routing audiences through traditional stages, record stores, and vintage shops, including Paper Dress Vintage, Sebright Arms, The BBE Store, Hackney Style Council, and The Victoria Dalston.

2-day passes and individual Friday and Saturday tickets are available now via DICE. Each pass grants access across all participating spaces on a capacity basis, alongside entry to limited-capacity beer experiences.
