Against The Current‘s leading lady, Chrissy Costanza has taken a step aside this Autumn as she embarks on her first ever solo endeavor. Breaking through with the explosive debut single ‘7 Minutes In Hell’ (ft VIOLÀ), Constanza released her first full solo EP ‘VII’ back in October to ravishing critical acclaim. Teaming up with LA based rock duo VOILÀ for the ‘Spin The Bottle’ co-headline tour, Chrissy has taken her solo side across the US and now to a sold out UK/Europe. Appearing on stage collectively and independently, fans at London’s The Garage experienced something both unique and inspiring.

On the release of ‘VII‘, Chrissy shares that the seven tracks represent a new chapter:  “VII is a true reflection of my journey as an artist and every track holds a piece of my evolution—both musically and personally. I wanted to push boundaries, experiment with new sounds, and give my fans something raw and real. It’s a new chapter for me that feels closer to my soul than ever before. Through these seven songs, I explored my love for fantasy and mythology, imagining myself as Icarus with wings of wax and feathers, hurtling towards the sun.”

VIOLÀ were also celebrating the release of something new with new album ‘Glass Half Empty (Part 2)’ dropping the day before (22/11) the show. Part 2 follows the release of Part 1 out in June earlier this year.

After performing in Manchester then Birmingham, London marked the final UK appearance of the joint tour. The ‘Spin The Bottle‘ EU tour continues this week. More info HERE.
