THE GATHERING RETURNS TO GLASGOW FOR EPISODE 14
B12 ENTERTAINMENT BRING THE NEW MUSIC FESTIVAL TO ST LUKES AND BaaD
B12 Entertainment‘s “The Gathering” series returns on Saturday 27th April to deliver a mini-festival of epic proportions. To celebrate 2 years of The Gathering, the event will be held across two of Glasgow’s most renowned venues in BaaD & Saint Luke’s.
Expect a showcase of the premier, up-and-coming bands from Glasgow & surrounding areas who are renowned for selling out smaller venues, coming together to bring you a night of non-stop, outstanding tunes fresh from the emerging music scene.
Since launching at Drygate, Glasgow in April 2022 the series has appeared at SWG3, Saint Luke’s, The Garage and Belgrave Music Hall Leeds. Now in its 14th iteration and will be celebrating it’s second anniversary with a 2-venue bonanza across the cities esteemed BaaD & Saint Luke’s venues.
B12 Entertainment share, “I can’t wait for April 27th and believe that everyone who comes will experience a day to remember at two of the best venues in Glasgow. Of course, I’m biased but with 12 live bands and DJ sets in between to stop things from slowing down, all for the price of a Pizza, I believe we’re delivering high quality entertainment at great value. I genuinely believe that we’ve got some future superstars on the bill, so why not come and check them out before they blow up.
Resister, One Nine Eight, The Squints, Idle Comets, The Rants and Slowdance will take to the stage at Saint Luke’s with Strange Dimensions, Sankaras, Fog Bandits, Callum Stewart, Aim for Two plus Dylan Winters & The Posterity playing across the road in BaaD. There will also be live DJ sets in between performances in both venues to keep the energy flowing throughout.
Glasgow’s own The Sankaras are particularly looking forward to their BaaD appearance, “Every time we have played a show with B12 before it has ended up becoming one of our best. For The Gathering Episode 14 we’re making sure this will be our biggest and most theatrical show yet.”
Dylan from Dylan Winters & The Posterity adds “After putting a bow on our first era as a band, Me and The Posterity look to the future, a new ‘Frontier’, and the first show of this Brand New era is setting itself up to be a rodeo unlike any other. ‘What’s a posterity?’ ‘Why’s he never in love?’ ‘What’s with all the cowboy puns?’. All your questions answered April 27th. At BaaD Glasgow. if you’ve never seen us before, now’s your chance. and if you have, get ready for an all new Dylan Winters & The Posterity.”
