Music icons and acclaimed greatest band in the world, Tenacious D, prepare to kick start their UK/EU tour next month.

The iconic duo have come a very long way since they made their entrance on our screens with their 1999 cult ready HBO series which followed the lives of semi-fictitious try hard musicians Jack and Kyle – played by Jack Black and Kyle Gass…Their 2001 self titled debut album changed the rock ‘n’ roll landscape as we know it. Infusing their classic rock inspired riffs with their dead pan satirical humour, Tenacious D had a generation of music fans on their knees. Cementing their ‘Greatest Song in the World’ legacy in 2006, the pair went to the silver screen with their movie adaptation ‘Pick of Destiny’

Jack Black has since become a solid household name and Kyle Gass has never really been far from the limelight either, but together, this pair deliver something uniquely engaging and pleasurable across the world.

Starting next month the famous duo will bring The Spicy Meatball Tour to arena stages across the UK. Cities on the bill include Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Nottingham and Brighton.
