The stunning FLORENCE ARMAN made her one and only UK appearance of her tour in London on Friday and it was just as beautiful as she is.

The thriving solo artist has a well established reputation amongst the international pop having collaborated with the likes of Barns Country, Harry Hudson, The Kooks and G-flip to name but a few.

Supported by the talented SCOTT QUINN, this one off was a night to remember.

It was quite the week for THE LOTTERY WINNERS! Performing their rescheduled dates of November/December’s THIS IS HOW IT FEELS tour, Friday night saw this leg come to an almighty homecoming climax. Taking to Manchester’s O2 Apollo in front of a 3500 strong sold out crowd.

It was a uniquely emotional occasion for the humble Leigh band who were visibly overwhelmed by the crowd’s heartening response. One of the biggest shows yet for The Lottery Winners they delivered a back to back set full of fan favourites and revealed that their secret special guest support was no other than ‘The Rev’ himself – Reverend and The Makers Jon McClure.

With part 2 of THIS IS HOW IT FEELS tour kicking off in March/April and arena support slots with likes of Rick Astley then Nickelback in 2024, The Lottery Winners are only just warming up.

On Friday night, Actor/Musician Andrew Gower introduced us to his upcoming band Gustaffson.

In Anticipation of the release of their debut album recorded with ELBOW‘s Craig Potter at Blueprint Studios, Gustaffson played an intimate headline show at Manchester’s Night & Day cafe on Friday 19th January.


Gower, who is best known for his roles in Outlander, Black Mirror and now ITVX The Winter King, also took some time after the show to chat with Phil for Northern Exposure which we look forward to bringing you very soon!

THE LOTTERY WINNERS (Support Forgetting The Future, The Clause) | GLASGOW CLASSIC GRAND 16/01 | HOPE SIMMERS

THE LOTTERY WINNERS were back out on the road for 2024 to play their rescheduled November 2023 THIS IS HOW IT FEELS tour dates. Having put the brakes on the tour following a bereavement close to the band, they made the difficult decision to postpone the remainder of the tour.

The short UK tour marks the beginning of a packed touring year for The Lottery Winners. Supporting Rick Astley and Nickelback (no, not at the same time!), a North American tour, an Asian tour AND part 2 of This Is How It Feels back in the UK! And that’s before Festival season even kicks off!

On Tuesday night, the quartet visited Scotland and performed a packed Classic Grand in Glasgow. Support for the evening came from local band Forgetting The Future and Birmingham indie risers The Clause.

GEN AND THE DEGENERATES were on home turf this weekend as they played one last UK date before heading stateside next month. The Preston band took to The Ferret ahead of supporting legendary Celtic Punk band Flogging Molly on their North American tour next month.

Set to release their debut album ANTI-FUN PROPAGANDA On February 23rd via MARSHALL RECORDS, the quintet are ones not to miss in 2024.

CALUM BOWIE returned to Glasgow and Aberdeen this weekend with his highly anticipated rescheduled tour dates!

Calum, who went viral thanks to his heartwarming tiktoks singing from the window of his Edinburgh flat, has surpassed the usual social media trends and now boasts over 23K monthly Spotify listeners.

We were honoured to name Callum’s Glasgow date our first Northern Exposure gig of 2024!
