TURN COMPASSION INTO ACTION! HOW YOU CAN SUPPORT GAZA RIGHT NOW!

Musicians have long been powerful voices for change, and many are using their platforms to shed light on the humanitarian crises and injustices in Gaza. From protest songs to benefit concerts, artists have played a key role in rallying support for crucial causes. Right now, many musicians are speaking out about the urgent humanitarian needs in Gaza, amplifying awareness through their performances, social media, and fundraising efforts. Their ability to reach large audiences helps drive much-needed attention to the ongoing crisis, inspiring more people to take action and support organisations like IDEALS, which are directly aiding those in need.
Meet Rosie, who is a dedicated humanitarian who has been travelling to Gaza since 2019 with IDEALS, a charity focused on delivering crucial medical aid to those in desperate need. Her work has been instrumental in providing support to adults and children suffering from severe, life-altering injuries. Despite facing obstacles, including being blocked from entering Gaza on a previous attempt, Rosie and IDEALS have recently gained permission to return and continue their life-saving work.
However, their mission is not without significant challenges. The severe shortage of medical equipment in Gaza makes treating patients increasingly difficult. Furthermore, the recent denial of food has exacerbated malnutrition issues, further complicating operations and reducing recovery chances for many.
Rosie’s relentless dedication to humanitarian work has inspired others, including Philip and Jack, who will cycle from Paris to Geneva in July to raise funds for IDEALS. Their journey, which involves enduring harsh conditions and extreme physical strain, mirrors the resilience required by those in Gaza, though they will have access to basic necessities such as clean water, food, and a place to recover, luxuries that many Gazans are denied.
Every donation goes directly to IDEALS, enabling them to provide the essential care that many desperately need. With Rosie now appointed as a trustee of the charity, her commitment to change and justice continues to grow.
