WHAT YOU DOING OCTOBER 12th? GLASGOW’S TENEMENT TRAIL IS BACK!
If Neighbourhood is the night of the year for new talent in Manchester, then Tenement Trail is the Glasgow equivalent. Scooping up the best of Scotland’s emerging live scene and beyond, Tenement TV‘s long standing multi venue festival is one of the most anticipated grassroots driven nights of the year.
Embarking on their 10th edition of the ever expanding music event, Tenement Trail will return to Glasgow’s East End on Saturday 12th October! Taking over some of the city’s legendary East End venues, Tenement Trail will bring over 40 acts across 8 venues in just 10 hours. Bringing the best new and emerging talent from across Scotland and beyond, the festival has infamously hosted some of the biggest acts around. Ten years ago, a young Sam Fender opened the festivals smallest stage (Flat 0/1) and in 2016, Lewis Capaldi performed at Variety: a tiny yet iconic corner of Sauchiehall Street’s history. 2019 marked a new era for Tenement Trail; moving to it current location in Glasgow’s East End, they welcomed the likes of Fatherson, Dream Wife, Kid Kapichi and Sea Girls to their alumni. Despite the detrimental impact the pandemic had on the live music, Tenement Trail made a triumphant come back in 2022 and firmly established themselves as the ‘Music Christmas‘ for Scotland’s new music fans.
This year, the festival is set to be headlined at Barrowlands Ballroom by Glasgow’s finest Declan Welsh and The Decadent West; marking two year’s since their own sold out performance on the same stage.
Other popular acts set for October’s Tenement Trail are Slix, Vlure, Parliamo, Overpass and Neon Waltz. Hoping to capture the eager ears of music fans across the Central belt, Tenement Trail will also include Bottle Rockets, Abbie Gordon, Fright Years, Dutch Wine, Majesty Palm, Fourth Daughter, The Castros, Lacuna, redolent and The Zebecks amongst many more!

Additionally, Tenement Trail gets warmed ahead of the event with a FREE TT x Monkey Shoulder Pop-Up event featuring a DJ set from Fourth Daughter on October 3rd and on October 9th at 226 Gallowgate for a Tennents Light sponsored event featuring Slix and Dallas Love Field for less than a fiver!
