ANTS LIVE AND FRIENDS DELIVER WITH AN INTIMATE SHOWCASE OF COMMUNITY, CREATIVITY AND CHARISMA

LIVE REVIEW | ANTS LIVE | LONDON VILLAGE UNDERGROUND 09/12/2024 by Miles Humphries

Ants Live brought energy to Village Underground in a show that felt like a celebration of community, creativity, and charisma. From the moment the lights dimmed, and the first beat dropped, the room was alive with anticipation, and he delivered on every level.

The stage setup was minimal throughout the night, allowing his raw energy and lyrical genius to take the stage. Enhancing the atmosphere, music videos / visuals were projected directly onto the walls of the venue, showcasing everything from abstract visuals to intimate glimpses into his creative process, which added a deeply personal touch.

One of the most memorable aspects of the night was the lineup of surprise guests Ants Live brought out. Each collaboration electrified the crowd, with artists such as Sainte, Kairo Keyz, Rushy and BXKS joining to perform their collab with Ants as-well as their own singles.

Adding to the night’s charm was Ants Live’s genuine interaction with his fans. He took moments between songs to connect, sharing stories and expressing gratitude for their support. He wanted to make clear that there is no CGI in his videos, he was really sat on top of plane! After the show, he made time to meet fans, sign merchandise, and pose for photos, further solidifying his reputation as an artist who truly values his community.

A unique highlight of the evening was the pop-up stall selling custom grills. Fans had the opportunity to purchase these eye-catching accessories, adding a touch of flair and exclusivity to the night. This creative merchandise idea perfectly complemented Ants Live’s style and the vibrant atmosphere of the event.

The finale was pure euphoria. As the final song reached its peak, confetti rained down over the crowd, with the whole team of the tour joining the stage, fitting close to a night filled with colour, creativity, booze, and connection. Ants Live left everything on that stage, and the crowd left buzzing with the afterglow of an unforgettable performance. This was more than a concert; it was an experience—a masterclass in showmanship and authenticity.
