FLORIST BRING LATEST ALBUM ‘JELLYWISH’ TO THE UK

Following the release of their latest album Jellywish, this week New York indie minimalists, Florist, have made a grand return to the UK, beginning with an breathtakingly intimate appearance at London’s Union Chapel.
Released in April, Jellywish was the fifth studio album from Florist and has been met with buckets of adoring praise. Exploring the chaos and beauty of both the physical and spiritual realms, the record has been described as their most melodic and pop driven release yet. On the concept, singer, guitarist, and songwriter Emily Sprague said:
“Jellywish asks us to look inside, outside, every which side, to remember love and empathy, caregiving, and the vigilant rejection of systemic harm towards our planet and the beings inhabiting it.”
On stage, Jellywish steps outside the realms of the sound, becoming a spiritual energy within the room to which Union Chapel was the most incredible backdrop for.
Florist continue the tour across the UK and Ireland this month before returning in August for Dorset’s End of the Road Festival. Tickets available here.
