Noah Weinman aka Runnner celebrated the release of his sophmore LP and first studio album A Welcome Kind of Weakness with an intimate in-store performance at Banquet Records in Kingston-Upon-Thames on the edges of London.
On a rainy early evening, 20+ Banquet regulars and Runnner superfans filled the independent record store for a short solo acoustic set. Runnner started things off with a few selections from the new LP before moving on to fan suggestions and old favourites, and then signing attendees’ vinyl and CDs.
A Welcome Kind of Weakness is out now, and is available on streaming services as well as vinyl and CD. Standard black and limited signed copies are available from Banquet Records here.

Banquet Records is a truly independent record shop. They are well-known for their extensive event programming, which is a mix of in-stores like these, listening parties, and larger (but still intimate) performances at Circuit (formerly known as Pryzm), as well as mid-size gigs at various venues across Kingston.
