WOLF ALICE ARE BACK IN ‘BLOOM’ | INDIE GIANTS SCATTER SNIPPETS OF NEW MUSIC

We knew Wolf Alice were about to break their three-year long hiatus when the indie-rock band were confirmed on the Glastonbury 2025 lineup, then later the BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend lineup, but the last few days have seen countless hints at some spring-time tunes.

The London-based band have revamped their social media pages, featuring an updated – very retro – logo, and have urged fans to visit their newly designed website, where they must enter a password. Rumour has it – from TikTok comments – that the password is ‘bloom’.

Another link is roaming around the Wolf Alice fanbase here. You are met with the golden new logo, sat on the phrase ‘every flower needs to neighbour with the dirt’. After typing their emails, fans were sent what appears to be a lyric sheet, with what we can assume to be lyrics to an upcoming single:

With their number 1 album, ‘Blue Weekend’, the band had finished their 3 album record deal with the independent Dirty Hit record label. They are now signed to major label Colombia, and piecing together their new retro, floral wavelength is building major anticipation amongst fans. On checking the bands Spotify, they have added a new playlist which could be hinting at the sound of their new project. Featuring artists such as Lou Reed, George Harrison, Alex Turner, fans are expecting a little twist in their musicality. Take a listen.

Based on the success of their previous albums, Wolf Alice are inevitably going to bloom into the charts, and hypnotise their audience on these major stages.
