Sunday night in Glasgow saw the incredible Holly Humberstone and Heidi Curtis transform the city’s Old Fruitmarket into an atmospheric indie-pop dream.

Opening the show was Heidi Curtis who gave us a gritty, rock-edged vocal performance that instantly commanded the room. Her punchy songwriting and North-East charm proved she is a rising star in her own right, perfectly priming the Glasgow crowd for the headliner.

Holly Humberstone then delivered a set that was managed to be both intimate and cinematic at the same time. Featuring tracks from 2023 album Paint My Bedroom Black and her upcoming release Cruel World, the production felt elevated, dark and vulnerable. A polished yet raw performance, Humberstone solidified her status as the gold standard for modern, emotional alt-pop.
