DEL WATER GAP RETURNS TO ROUNDHOUSE

Following a successful run across the US and Canada on the Chasing the Chimera world tour, Del Water Gap arrived in London on March 17th as part of the UK and European leg, playing a sold-out headline show at Roundhouse. A few years on from opening for Girl in Red on the very same stage, Holden Jaffe returned this time as a headliner — a full-circle moment that reflects the project’s steady rise from cult favourite to a devoted, ever-growing fanbase. The room buzzed with anticipation long before he stepped on stage.

The setlist delivered both fan favourites — ‘Doll House’, ‘NFU’, ‘High Tops’, ‘Perfume’, and ‘Ode to a Conversation Stuck in Your Throat’ — alongside newer cuts from Chasing the Chimera, including ‘Small Town Joan of Arc’, ‘Ghost in the Uniform’, and ‘How to Live’. With each song, the crowd sang every word back, turning the night into a shared, almost cathartic experience.
