Wet Leg are returning to the UK for their largest ever headline shows, culminating with a massive outdoor spectacle in North London on Friday, 10th July. Hosted by Alexandra Palace as part of their outdoor Summer Season, this is sure to be one of the biggest gigs of the season.

Wet Leg have been touring incessantly in support of last year’s moisturizer, and this summer’s run is a victory lap of sorts. This tour has found Wet Leg adopting a more refined, muscular sound, bringing an effortless cool and palpalpe sense of power to their irreverent indie-rock.

In our review of Wet Leg’s monumental Royal Albert Hall show this past autumn, we said that “with this tour… Wet Leg is clearly owning their stages with a confidence and a sound that they did not have before. It’s an indication that as good as they are now, and they are great, they will continue to get better – and command even larger and larger stages in the future.” If this Ally Pally gig seems like a preview of them headlining festivals next year, well….

Wet Leg will be joined by Mercury Prize winning English Teacher and London-based Los Bitchos. Set times will be posted closer to the event, but all of Alexandra Palace’s outdoor Summer Season events will open their gates at 5pm and end by 10.30pm.
