LEWIS CAPALDI HEADLINES FIRST EVER ROUNDHAY FESTIVAL IN LEEDS

On Saturday the 4th of July, Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi performed to a sold out 30,000 strong crowd at Roundhay Park Festival in Leeds.
“You had me worried there Leeds”, Capaldi began his show – referencing a conversation he had on “that episode” of ‘The Graham Norton Show last year – where he mentioned that this Leeds date was the only remaining show to left to sell out on his 2026 comeback tour.
Opening his set with the song ‘Hollywood’ – which is featured on his debut album Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent – Capaldi was experiencing technical issues from his in-ear monitors but continued to not miss a beat and completed the song to perfection.
Another highlight of this festival line-up was indie artist Conan Gray. The first stop for him this festival season after closing off the Europe shows on his Wishbone World Tour, before making his final stops in New Zealand and Australia. Gray brought his whimsical world of his Wishbone album to the Roundhay stage and it was immediately welcomed by the crowd, as per usual featuring sailor hats.
Lewis Capaldi and Conan Gray will return to London this weekend to close out BST Hyde Park. Taking place on the 11th and 12th July, both shows are SOLD OUT, however it has just been announced that you can live stream the show Lewis Capaldi: Live at American Express presents BST Hyde Park will stream live HERE on Saturday, July 11th from 8.45pm (BST),
The stream will be available completely free to audiences globally via YouTube, with no paywall, opening the doors for millions of fans worldwide to witness a defining live moment of Capaldi’s career as it unfolds.
