SON Estrella Galicia’s flagship event Soundhood East London returns for 2026 on September 25th and 26th with more artists and venues than ever. Headlined by Honeyglaze, The Orchestra (For Now) and thistle., they are joined by two incredibly exciting Spanish artists in Error 97 and Toldos Verdes, as well as Brighton’s Goodbye, and a special showcase from fast rising Jo From School.

From 6pm on Friday September 25th, Soundhood will travel across iconic Hackney spots, including Hackney Style Council, BBE Store, Paper Dress Vintage, Sebright Arms, and their debut link-up with The Victoria. Alongside the live music, DJ sets, and showcases there will be limited and exclusive innovative experiences combining the worlds of music and beer.

SON Estrella Galicia is the musical arm of the family owned, independent Estrella Galicia beer brand specialising in creating unforgettable music and beer experiences since 2009. For four years they have been supporting independent venues and artists around East London. Through this initiative, the company promotes music culture as a vehicle for identity, differentiation, and community, while celebrating the parallel between the creativity behind brewing and music-making.

This project brings focus back to local neighborhoods and champions grassroots venues and everyday spaces as cultural hubs in the face of an increasingly saturated mainstream festival market. In doing so they support local communities, emerging talent, and the places where artists get their start, via a different kind of musical experience.

Over these years, SON Estrella Galicia has evolved into a leading cultural platform, and created events that offer a twist on the traditional concert experience in Spain, Germany, Brazil, Portugal or the US. First coming to the UK in 2022 they have since established themselves as a key fixture on the gig calendar. Soundhood Hackney 2026 is the flagship event in the UK calendar.

A ticket allows 100% access to all sets at The Victoria and full access to sets at Sebright Arms, Paper Dress Vintage, BBE Store, Hackney Style Council until the venue reaches capacity.

Further to this, a limited number of tickets will be available for exclusive beer workshops and special showcases taking place at selected venues. Visitors will also be able to enjoy a programme of intimate live performances and unique experiences celebrating the connection between music, creativity and beer.
