PICTISH TRAIL ANNOUNCES NEW SHOWS
Pictish Trail is the pseudonym of the multi-talented Johnny Lynch, and he’s taking his recorded repertoire on tour. Alongside running Lost Map Records [Blind Yeo, Curtis Miles], Lynch has been recording and releasing his own solo music through Fire Records. Pictish Trail has recently announced that he will be headlining the Moth Club in London on Saturday 5th December with support from Callum Easter, an artist also under Lost Map Records.
After releasing his sixth full-length studio album, Life Slime in April of this year, Pictish Trail is taking this record on tour from his home on the Isle of Eigg, to Glasgow, Swansea, Wrexham and more. To accompany the recently announced London show, Pictish Trail will also be headlining The Exchange in Bristol. Tickets for both of these new dates go on sale at 10am on Friday 26th June.
The London show also features a staggered pricing system. Lynch has said, “the more £25 tickets we sell, the more £15 tickets I can put on sale” as well as, “there’s no hidden booking fees, or postage fees, or anything like that“. If you can afford to do so, paying that little bit extra allows shows like this one to be much more financially accessible for others to attend too!
