On Wednesday, Glasgow’s OVO Hydro was electric with anticipation as fans gathered for the long-awaited return of The Pussycat Dolls. The arena was buzzing from the outset, setting the stage for what promised to be a full-throttle pop spectacle.

Girl group Deja Vu kicked things off as the first opener, delivering a tight, engaging set that effectively warmed up the crowd. Lil Kim followed next and but despite being iconic rap royalty, her appearance proved somewhat underwhelming. Lasting barely ten minutes, the set was surprisingly brief and relied entirely on covers.

The Dolls then launched their headline set with a powerhouse performance of ‘When I Grow Up’, accompanied by visuals of nostalgic childhood photos. From there, the production fired on all cylinders, complete with seamless costume changes, razor-sharp choreography, and magnetic stage presence, all anchored by Nicole Scherzinger’s flawless vocals.

Following the explosive opening, each member had a chance to shine during their own individual solo moments before reuniting to close out the show together. A definite crowd-pleasing highlight came near the finale when fans were pulled onstage to dance the routine during ‘Buttons’. Overall, it made for a truly iconic night.
